Foam Crushing Machine
The Foam Crushing Machine is designed for flexible PU foam scraps, foam offcuts, leftover foam blocks, and foam production waste that need finer and more controlled particle size reduction.
For foam factories, mattress factories, furniture foam processors, and recycling workshops, the machine helps produce more uniform crushed foam particles for recycling, rebonded foam preparation, filling material preparation, or further material processing.
Besides flexible PU foam, the machine can also handle selected soft plastic, rubber, film, pipe, PET bottle, molded scrap, and similar recyclable materials when matched with suitable cutter roller configurations, screen meshes, and crushing conditions.
Sabtech provides three model options: SAB-CR149, SAB-CR159, and SAB-CR169. Customers can choose according to material type, hopper opening size, rotor diameter, motor power, output requirement, and target particle size.
