The Foam Crushing Machine is a highly efficient solution designed for secondary shredding of soft plastic and rubber materials. With its fast-rotating cutter shaft and sharp blade edges, this foam crushing machine ensures smooth and uniform particle size reduction. Built with a solid frame and stable operation, it is ideal for crushing plastic films, blocks, pipes, PET bottles, and molded production scraps—while strictly preventing any metal or hard foreign objects from entering the crushing chamber.
To meet diverse material requirements, we offers four types of cutter rollers. This allows the foam crushing machine to generate consistent, fine crushed particles, with output sizes adjusted through interchangeable screen meshes (typically 10mm to 20mm).
The machine supports an optional air conveying system, enabling quick material collection, simplified maintenance, and reduced labor handling. D2 alloy steel is used for both moving and fixed blades, enhancing cutting durability.
