CNC foam cutting machine(SAB-CNC13)
The SAB-CNC13 CNC foam cutting machine is a high-performance, cost-effective equipment designed for precision cutting of various foam materials and geometric shapes. It provides flexible solutions for customers dealing with small-batch and multi-shape foam cutting.
Equipped with a newly designed XY-axis gearbox, it offers high synchronization, low maintenance, and improved cutting accuracy. The system runs on Windows 10 (Chinese and English versions) and uses cloud-based software that supports automatic nesting, automatic cutting-path generation, and tool-angle correction.
Its structure includes optional rotary or conveyor-type worktables, allowing adaptation to different production modes. Core components such as Schneider/Mitsubishi Electric parts and Taiwan Hiwin linear rails ensure reliability and long-term stability. With features like automatic breaking protection, segmented/repeated cutting, and wireless remote maintenance, the SAB-CNC13 delivers efficient, automated, and dust-free foam cutting performance for sponge, memory foam, rebonded foam, EPE, EPS, and honeycomb cardboard.

We have five production factories, access to resources from ten chemical material factories, and collaborations with over 100 furniture manufacturers in our supply chain.
