The SAB-CNC13 CNC foam cutting machine is designed for contour cutting and shaped foam processing. It uses CNC-controlled cutting paths to cut foam blocks and foam sheets into specific product shapes.

It is suitable for flexible PU foam, memory foam, rebonded foam, high resilience foam, and other sponge or flexible foam materials. Common applications include furniture foam, mattress foam, pillow foam, packaging foam inserts, protective cushioning parts, and industrial foam components.

This machine is suitable for factories that need more accurate contour cutting, repeated foam parts, and flexible processing for different product shapes. Rotary table and conveyor belt workbench options are available according to foam size, cutting shape, production rhythm, and workshop layout.
