SAB-VD30 Dual Blade CNC Foam Cutting Machine
The SAB-VD30 integrates horizontal and vertical oscillating blades into a single CNC foam cutting machine, enabling multidirectional cutting and complex contour cutting. For foam products requiring cutting in different directions, the dual-blade configuration reduces material transfers and repeated positioning between machines, creating a more streamlined production workflow.
The machine follows programmed cutting paths to produce curves, angled surfaces, and customized shapes. It is suitable for flexible PU foam, memory foam, high-resilience foam, latex foam, rebonded foam, EPE, and EPS, supporting the production of various contoured foam components and repeatable batch processing.
The SAB-VD30 serves a wide range of applications, including foam fabrication, upholstered furniture, mattresses and bedding, protective packaging, acoustic foam products, sports protection, and medical cushioning. 1. Horizontal and Vertical Dual-Blade Cutting
Two oscillating blades enable horizontal, vertical, and complex contour cutting, accommodating different foam shapes and processing requirements.
2. Automatic Nesting and Cutting Path Generation
CNC software automatically arranges cutting layouts and generates cutting paths based on imported designs, simplifying program preparation.
3. Precise Contour Cutting
Automatic blade angle correction supports accurate cutting of curves, corners, and complex contours, with a cutting accuracy of ±0.5 mm.
4. Segmented and Repeated Cutting
Supports segmented and repeated cutting programs for different foam shapes and recurring production orders.
5. Stable Mechanical Structure
An optimized frame and X/Y-axis transmission system, combined with HIWIN linear guides and Schneider/Mitsubishi electrical components, ensure stable operation and synchronized movement.
6. Conveyor Worktable and Remote Maintenance
The conveyor belt worktable facilitates foam movement during cutting, with an optional production line worktable. Wireless remote maintenance enables technicians to assist with system troubleshooting.
