SAB-PC01 stronger pressure foam profile cutting machine is used to process sponge and flexible PU foam into egg-crate foam and other profile foam sheets.

1. Medium-wave pressure roller for egg-crate foam production
SAB-PC01 uses a medium-wave pressure roller with a 50 × 50 mm diagonal pattern to produce egg-crate / profile foam sheets with matching concave and convex surfaces.
2. 2350 mm pressure roller for wider foam sheets
The 2350 mm pressure roller supports wider sponge and flexible PU foam sheets, making the machine suitable for mattress foam, acoustic foam, packaging foam, and furniture foam production.
3. Electric pressure roller lifting adjustment
The pressure roller is lifted by a five-ton lifting system with electric up-and-down adjustment, allowing operators to adjust the roller position according to foam thickness and processing needs.
4. Adjustable front platform for foam alignment
The front platform can be manually adjusted so the foam aligns with the center of the two pressing rollers, helping reduce uneven rolling during profile cutting.
5. Stable pressure roller drive with frequency control
The pressure roller uses a 130-type reducer, 5.5 kW Dongguan motor, and 7.5 kW Mitsubishi frequency control system to support stable roller operation during foam profiling.
6. Optional blade drive frequency control
The blade drive motor can be equipped with a Mitsubishi frequency control system, allowing speed adjustment for different sponge materials and cutting requirements.
7. Touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC control
The machine adopts a 10-inch Kunlun Tongtai touch screen and Japan Mitsubishi PLC for clearer operation settings and daily production control.
