1. Large worktable for wider foam materials

2. 600 mm baffle for material positioning
The baffle helps support and position the material during vertical cutting, making it easier to handle larger foam blocks or sheet materials on the worktable.
3. Linear guide rail for smoother baffle movement
The baffle guide rail uses a 20 × 20 square linear guide rail, helping the baffle move more smoothly and maintain better positioning stability during cutting.
4. T89 rail for stable worktable movement
The worktable movement uses T89 elevator special rails, supporting stable table movement during daily cutting operation.
5. Separate blade and sharpening motors
The machine uses a 1.5 kW blade motor and a 120 W sharpening motor, allowing cutting and sharpening functions to be driven separately.
