Horizontal foam cutting machine(SAB-HFC)
The SAB-HFC horizontal foam cutting machine is designed for regular horizontal slicing of flexible foam blocks into thin foam sheets. It is suitable for foam factories, mattress factories, furniture foam processors, packaging foam workshops, and other foam converting operations.
Typical output includes:
- Mattress foam layers
- Sofa and furniture foam sheets
- Packaging foam sheets
- Sponge sheets for bonding, lamination, trimming, or further cutting
Operators can set cutting parameters through the control box. During cutting, the worktable moves back and forth automatically to complete repeated horizontal slicing.
The SAB-HFC series is available in three model sizes: SAB-HFC-950, SAB-HFC-1250, and SAB-HFC-1650. Customers can choose the suitable model according to foam block size, workshop space, and daily cutting needs.
For thicker foam blocks, an optional upper roller can be used to help reduce foam slipping during cutting.

How to Choose the Right SAB-HFC Model
- SAB-HFC-950 is suitable for smaller foam blocks and workshops with limited space.
- SAB-HFC-1250 is suitable for medium-size foam blocks and regular foam sheet production.
- SAB-HFC-1650 is suitable for wider foam blocks and customers who need larger sheet output.
All three models support the same 1–60 mm cutting thickness range. The main selection point is foam block size, not cutting thickness.
If the foam block is thicker, softer, or easier to move during cutting, an upper roller or vacuum holding system can be considered to improve material stability.
