Foam shredder machine(SAB-FS)

This foam shredder machine is mainly used for crushing all kinds of foam scraps. It can crush virgin foam, slow rebound foam, rebonded foam, etc. The crushed foam particles can be used for filling sofa cushions, toys and making rebonded foam.

 

The size of the foam particles can be adjusted by changing the mesh screen.

    Product Features

    1. It can also crush EPDM blocks, ETPU popcorn, EVA, TPR, PVC, TPV, TPU, PU, rubber sheets, shoe soles, shoe inspection materials, doors, and windows, reducing them to a particle size as small as 1mm. Compared to standard pulverizers of the same specifications, it offers 30-80% higher efficiency.

    2. Can shred cloth foam, bra foam with fabric, foam skin, ordinary foam, latex foam, and insole foam to any desired particle size, with a 1mm minimum shred size. When compared to pulverizers with the same motor specifications, it achieves 30-80% higher efficiency.

    3. Our specialized EPDM block shredder, designed in Japan, features a 400mm diameter, 600mm blade length, oblique tungsten steel pineapple blades in 18 rows by 2 pieces, a 4.5mm screen aperture, a 37kW motor, and an impressive output of up to 2000 kg/hour.

    4. We offer various types of shredding blades with imported Swedish or Japanese alloy blades. Additionally, our high-quality and high-configuration single/double-shaft slow-speed shredder unit is designed in collaboration with German and Chinese precision engineering.

Providing professional insights for over 60 mattress and PU foam factories on factory planning and layout optimization, improving equipment efficiency, and reducing costs. Resolving mechanical operation issues, quality problems in foaming, and raw material waste issues for over 80 factories.
