1. Up to 350 kg/min Output for High-Capacity Slabstock Production
SAB-CF13 supports a maximum output of up to 350 kg/min. It is suitable for factories with enough curing space, cutting capacity, transfer flow, and block storage conditions to support high-volume flexible PU foam slabstock production.
2. Two Foaming Discharge Methods for Different Foam Widths
Traversing head is more suitable for foam width around 1000–2000 mm, especially when finer hand feel and more even cell structure are required.
3. Servo-Driven Mixing Head for More Accurate Speed Control
The main mixing head uses a 45 kW servo motor with a 0–6000 rpm speed range. Servo control allows more accurate speed adjustment during continuous foaming, helping the mixing speed better match different output rates and formula conditions.
4. Adjustable Side Boards and Multi-Section Fall Plate for Forming Control
The side boards can be adjusted within the 1.5–2.5 m width range, while the fall plate uses multiple adjustable sections. This helps match different foam widths and improves control over foam flow, rising rhythm, and slabstock forming.
5. Mitsubishi PLC Control for Synchronized Line Operation
The Mitsubishi PLC system controls formula output, metering pump operation, conveyor speed, fall plate height display, line status, and fault feedback. This helps operators monitor key production points and keep the continuous foaming process coordinated.
6. Raw Material Temperature Control Before Metering and Mixing
The heating and cooling unit controls the temperature of main material working tanks before metering and mixing. Stable raw material temperature helps maintain more consistent viscosity, flow condition, metering accuracy, and reaction behavior.
