Product Introduction
The SAB-182 Semi-Automatic Batch Foam Machine is designed for flexible PU foam production in small and medium-scale foam factories.
This machine uses a batch foaming process. Raw materials are mixed in the mixing drum, then discharged into the foaming mold for foaming. Major materials are delivered by pumps, while small additives can be manually added according to formulation requirements.
With a simple structure and stable operation, the SAB-182 provides a practical solution for factories producing mattress foam, furniture foam, and packaging foam.
