The Circular foam cutting machine/carousel foam cutting machine is primarily designed to place multiple foam blocks on the work surface and carry out simultaneous cutting. It employs automatic digital control to achieve the desired foam thickness by configuring the control box settings.
The table can be rotated in both directions, with adjustable rotation speeds. This machine allows for continuous cutting, thereby increasing production efficiency. By implementing state-of-the-art imported frequency conversion speed control technology, it ensures precise cutting and high reliability. (An optional suction device can be added to the work surface as well.)

The disc table is composed of motor, worm gear reducer WPO-100 (m=5 I=20), friction wheel, disc platform, roller, positioning ring, square base and so on.
The base is composed of a base, a column, a sliding sleeve, a screw, a nut, a brake motor, a worm gear reducer RV75 (m=3 I=20), a transmission shaft, and a bevel gear.
The blade holder is mainly composed of blade wheel, blade belt, blade sharpening device, blade belt inclination mechanism, blade holder body, blade box, and blade cover.
The electric control device mainly includes the electric control operation box.
