The SAB-7281RV model combines a 7280 mm carousel table, vacuum holding system, and double roller support for foam blocks that need stronger stabilization during cutting.
3. Teflon-coated blade for smoother cutting contact
The Teflon-coated blade surface helps reduce cutting resistance, supports smoother contact with foam, and improves wear resistance during repeated sheet cutting.
3. Blade break protection switch
The blade break protection switch helps improve operation safety by responding when blade breakage occurs during cutting.
4. Servo-controlled blade frame lifting
The blade frame is lifted by a 1.8 kW Huichuan servo motor with reducer, helping control blade height more accurately during repeated foam sheet slicing.
5. PLC touch screen control system
The machine uses a 10-inch Kunlun Tongtai touch screen and Japan Mitsubishi PLC, making parameter setting and cutting process control clearer for daily production.
6. Sharpening system with dust collection
The sharpening motor is equipped with a dust collection device and dust collection box, helping reduce grinding dust during blade sharpening and making maintenance cleaner.
