Sponge Slabstock Foaming Machine-Overflow Trough Side Film Lifting Flat-Top Foaming Machine
This flat-top foaming machine was developed based on the side film lifting process, following the adoption of the overflow trough foaming process. Its principle is illustrated in the diagram. The objective is to achieve a flatter top surface and a more rectangular cross-section of the foam block during the foaming stage in the drop plate area by lifting the polyethylene film lining the sides.
