End-to-end solutions from raw materials to production equipments for PU foam and mattress.
The cylindrical block foaming machine uses polyethylene film as a liner and a flexible endless rubber conveyor belt. The uniformly mixed material from the mixing head is evenly poured onto the polyethylene film liner on the conveyor belt and transported into the shaping mold channel. The production process consists of three stages:
1.Initial Foaming Stage – The first section features a straight inlet and an arc-shaped outlet transition mold plate, where the foam starts forming.
2.Shaping Stage – The second section is an open-top cylindrical mold where the foam completes expansion and shaping. An exhaust fan removes gases generated during foaming.
3.Flattening Stage – The third section includes an arc-shaped transition mold where the conveyor belt initially curves and later flattens, adhering the polyethylene film to the foam's arc surface. A cutting machine at the end of the line cuts the foam blocks to the required length.
The foaming production line is approximately 42.4m long, 5.6m high, and 4.7m wide, producing cylindrical foam blocks with a maximum diameter of 1.35m.
