SAB-RF01H and SAB-RF02H are steam-assisted rebonded foam machines designed to recycle crushed flexible PU foam scraps into rebonded foam blocks with faster curing and higher production efficiency.
Compared with non-steam rebonding machines, this series uses steam assistance during the rebonding process to speed up block forming and curing. It is more suitable for factories with stable foam scrap supply, higher daily output requirements, and the site conditions needed for steam boiler operation.
Two configuration directions are available. SAB-RF01H uses one mold and is suitable for factories that need a steam-assisted rebonding system with controlled investment. SAB-RF02H uses two molds, allowing one mold to work while the other prepares or cycles, making it more suitable for higher production rhythm and larger rebonded foam output.

1. Steam-Assisted Curing
Steam helps speed up the forming and curing process of rebonded foam blocks, making this machine more suitable for factories with stable flexible PU foam scrap supply and higher output requirements.
2. Anti-Splash Glue Feeding Opening
The glue feeding opening above the mixing tank is equipped with an anti-splash mesh. During adhesive adding, it helps reduce material splashing around the tank, making daily operation and cleaning easier.
3. Single or Double Mold
SAB-RF01H uses one mold, while SAB-RF02H uses two molds. The single-mold model suits moderate output and controlled investment, while the double-mold model supports a faster production rhythm.
4. Automatic Mold Movement

The oil cylinder working pressure can be adjusted from 2T to 10T, allowing operators to match the pressing condition with foam scrap condition, target density, and final product use.
6. 12 m³ Mixing Tank with Weighing
The 12 m³ mixing tank is equipped with a weighing system, helping operators control foam particle input and adhesive ratio before pressing.
7. Heavy-Duty Reducer
The heavy-duty reducer supports repeated mixing work during daily rebonded foam production and helps improve long-term operation stability.
8. Wider Platform and Solid Structure
The widened operating platform gives operators a safer and clearer working area for checking, operation, and handling. Together with a solid mold box structure, it supports more stable daily production and long-term machine use.
