Key Features of the Rebonded Foam Machine
1. Steam-Assisted Curing
Steam-assisted curing allows rebonded foam to be ready for demolding after approximately 15–20 minutes in the mold, reducing waiting time between production cycles.
2. Anti-Clogging Steam Outlet Design
The mold features anti-clogging steam outlets that help prevent foam particles from blocking steam passages, reducing cleaning and maintenance needs.
3. 12 m³ Large-Capacity Mixing Tank
The spacious mixing tank allows foam particles to move and mix more freely, while the weighing system supports consistent material preparation. An automatic glue feeding system is available as an option.
4. PLC Mixing Program Settings
The PLC allows operators to set mixing duration and forward/reverse rotation times, making it easier to adjust mixing parameters during machine testing.
5. Dual-Oil-Line Hydraulic Pressing System
The dual-oil-line hydraulic system supports controlled pressing of foam particles inside the mold, helping achieve more even compression and supporting consistent foam block density.
6. Anti-Splash Glue Feeding Mesh
The glue feeding opening features an anti-splash mesh that helps reduce glue splashing during addition, keeping the working area cleaner and reducing cleanup work.
