Key Features of the Rebonded Foam Machine
1. Simultaneous Steam Curing in Two Molds
Both molds can undergo steam curing simultaneously, with foam ready for demolding after approximately 15–20 minutes in the molds, helping improve production efficiency.
2. Anti-Clogging Steam Outlet Design
Both molds feature anti-clogging steam outlets that help prevent foam particles from blocking steam passages, reducing cleaning and maintenance needs.
3. PLC Mixing Program Settings
The PLC allows operators to set mixing duration and forward/reverse rotation times, making it easier to adjust mixing parameters during machine testing. An automatic glue feeding system is available as an option.
4. Dual-Oil-Line Hydraulic Pressing System
The dual-oil-line hydraulic system supports controlled pressing of foam particles inside the molds, helping achieve more even compression and supporting consistent foam block density.
5. Anti-Splash Glue Feeding Mesh
The glue feeding opening features an anti-splash mesh that helps reduce glue splashing during addition, keeping the working area cleaner and reducing cleanup work.
