Mattress tape edge machine(SAB-TE01)
The mattress edge sewing machine is mainly used for sewing mattresses, completing the seaming between the mattress bottom cloth and the edge cloth. It is also suitable for sewing other mattresses, blankets, sofa cushions, and sleeping bags.
The machine head can be automatically adjusted in height to accommodate the sewing of mattresses with different heights. A conveyor belt is used on the workbench to transport the mattresses for sewing. The machine can automatically slow down at the corners for better control.

1. The workbench has an automatic lifting function with a wide range of vertical movement.
2. The machine cabinet's travel speed can be freely adjusted within the set parameters, and it can automatically decelerate as needed when turning around the edge.
3. The machine head angle can be adjusted as required for use.
4. The automatic sensing device controls the motor clutch for ease of operation.
