End-to-end solutions from raw materials to production equipments for PU foam and mattress.
High resilience and slow rebound can be regarded as performance modifications of elasticity. Elasticity is defined as the ability of a material to quickly return to its original shape after the deforming force is removed. The test machine used for elasticity is the ball rebound tester, as shown below:

Slow rebound foam has historically had many names, such as viscoelastic foam, low rebound foam, memory foam, shape memory foam, temperature-sensitive foam, pressure-relieving foam, slow recovery foam, or slow-release foam. In 2003, the U.S. Polyurethane Foam Association recommended using the term “Viscoelastic PU Foam” uniformly for such materials.
Formulation Characteristics:
*OH (polyol) ≥ OH (water)
*Same soft and hard segments, temperature sensitive, reversible aggregation and disaggregation
*Viscosity in meridians
